These baby teething toys have been a lifesaver for my teething baby. The cooling relief really soothes her sore gums, and the size is just right for her to hold and chew comfortably. I also appreciate that they are BPA free and safe for babies. However, my only complaint is that filling them with water is a bit tricky. The hole is very tiny, and just using running water takes time to get them properly filled. It would be great if these came with a syringe or tool to make filling them easier. Overall, they are effective, safe, and soothing—just a little improvement in the design would make them perfect

In general, this is a decent little teething set. It’s easy to wash, and the round and very pieces you can put in the fridge or freezer. The handle is a soft silicone, and everything can be easily washed and wiped off. They are soft, but I would say the handle is softer than the actual tether parts. Fitting the heads into the handle is a little odd and doesn’t seem like they will fit at first. My nine month old is not really a big fan of them and rarely uses them though.

With two interchangeable teething options, I like that there is a size choice between a smaller, triangular teether and a larger rectangular teether. There is the option to use them as-is or fill them with water and freeze which is great when your child is actively teething to soothe sore gums. It’s easy to fill the chew portions and also clean them as well. They then insert securely into the holder since it is stretchy. The small nubs also help with teething aid too. Overall, I find this to be a multifunctional and flexible teether and soothing pacifier. I recommend it!
