It was super easy to assemble, even as a sleep-deprived new mom. The pump is comfortable to use — no pain or irritation. It’s also compact enough to toss in a diaper bag for on-the-go pumping.Another bonus: the customer service is excellent.If you have smaller nipples and are tired of struggling with oversized flanges, this pump is 100% worth trying.

2 Don’t buy if you use small flanges

The customer service of this company is not too good. They reached out to me to reconcile my issues, promised a refund if I changed/deleted my review, and then ghosted me. My review was not negative to begin with, just outlining the issue of pinching when using. It advertised 17mm-20mm flange, but I always use 17mm and it did not fit me. I could not pump any milk due to the painful pinching. The flange size is not compatible with all of the advertised sizes… Otherwise, there is nothing wrong with the pump. If you use 20mm size flange, this would be a great product for you! I have the larger version that I can use flange inserts with so that one is better if you use smaller or bigger flanges than 20mm.

My honest opinion on this pump is it’s absolutely fantastic. The suction is so strong. The handle is so easy to grasp and get the hang of. The bottle holds a little over 5 ounces and can be covered and put right in the fridge for later use. Definitely worth the price.

This is a great manual pump. I really like that it comes with a silicone cushion and duckbill style valves. The only issue I have with it is that it doesn’t seem to fit regular inserts due to the placement of the diaphragm. If you fit the cushion though then this won’t matter.
